Lukes Baptism

I am so excited that Luke made the choice to get baptized. He is such a sweet boy and I love him so much. We had to wait an extra month before he got baptized because he had broke his arm a couple days before his birthday but it worked out to his benefit. We had so much family that were able to come and be a part of his special day which made the wait worth it. My sister Monique was able to come from Seattle and be a part of it and meet Sawyer for the first time. I am so thankful for everyone that made the effort to come and support Luke on his special day. It was so fun to see family and have an excuse to eat lots of food. Love you Luke!

Durango

We decided to take a little trip to Durango before the kids started back to school. We rented a house with some friends and we had such a great time. The kids had fun swimming, hiking, eating, and playing with good friends. What a good way to end the summer.

Quick Visit!

 

I was so excited to get a call from my brother Scott saying that he and his 4 kids and my dad were planning on a visit to good old New Mexico. I love seeing and spending time with my family but it has been hard getting up to Arizona now that Sawyer is here. They got here Sunday evening around 5:oo p.m. and were gone by 10:00 a.m. Monday morning. Even though it was fast it was so nice to have cousins play and catch up on my Dads visits around the world. Thanks for making the effort to come and cant wait for the next visit....

My Boys....

 

 

 

 

I just love my boys. Seth is such a great dad and husband and I am so lucky to have him. He works so hard to make all of us happy and comfortable. Luke brings music to my ears. He is always singing a song no matter what he is doing and it just makes me smile. When he is happy he is such a sweet boy and I just love him so much. Sawyer is such a good baby and is so handsome that its just so hard not to just squish him all day. He is six months old already and weighs in at 17lbs and I am sure that he is getting so close to getting a tooth. His favorite thing to do right now is spit. I hate feeding him baby food because it is such a mess but I cant help but laugh and try to remember that it will pass too soon and he will be throwing food next.....

Happy 4th

 

 

 

We had a great 4th of July. We spent the day just hanging out not doing much, then went to dinner with some friends and then went to let off fireworks at another friends. Who could ask for more! The big kids had so much fun letting off fireworks and Sawyer hated every minute of it. They all looked cute in their old navy shirt though! Oh and happy birthday to Seth too. His birthday always gets overlooked because it is on a holiday but we love him and think he is important :)

Haylee

 

 

 

Haylee has loved doing swim team as well. She was asked to swim with the older girls in her first swim meet and had to swim a 50 yard butterfly. She did so awesome and they won first place. She likes to do all the races even if she doesnt love the stroke she is swimming just to get more ribbons. Her favorite stokes are breast, fly, and free. She is so tan already and has such a cute swimmers body.

Well the summer started off really fun. I put the kids on a swim team for the summer and they love it. Luke managed to swim in two meets and win some ribbons but the fun didnt last long. We were so bummed when he fell off him bike and broke his elbow. This has been really hard for him because he really was enjoying the swim team and was looking forward to getting baptized. His birthday was on July 2nd and he broke it just a couple days before that. He swears that he will never ride a bike again and now wants to learn how to do a skateboard. He is crazy but we love him. He was very excited to find out that he could still play nintendo so the world has not come to an end yet. Thanks goodness we dont live in Arizona anymore because his cast would smell from being so darn hot! Well happy birthday Luke I love you so much and cant wait for you to get baptized next month......
